Delete Recoded Variables

If after Recode Variables, you decide you no longer need it, you can delete it.

To delete a recoded variable, perform the following:

1. Click the Delete button in the side bar (accessed by clicking the green arrow next to the recoded variable in the Variables pane).
   

- OR -

2. Click the left X in the Variables pane.
   

The recoded variable is removed Variables pane, but the original unrecoded variable still exists.
